Virtual Presentation on Power of Attorney for Undocumented and Immigrant Parents
This virtual presentation will explain how undocumented and immigrant parents in New Jersey can use the Power of Attorney (PoA) forms to designate trusted alternative caregivers for their children. The PoA provides a critical legal tool to ensure children's care if parents face detention, deportation, or other barriers.
