Juliet Rosa

Juliet Rosa (she/her) is the Operations Coordinator at the Latino Action Network Foundation (LANF) and a Policy Intern at New Jersey Future (NJF). A Paterson-born Dominican raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, she returned to northern New Jersey in 2025 to reconnect with her roots and serve her local community. Juliet holds a B.A. in Public Policy and Sociology, with a minor in Social and Economic Justice, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her advocacy spans domestic violence prevention, gun violence awareness, immigrant rights, and environmental justice in the non-profit sector. She is dedicated to leveraging data-driven policy analysis and grassroots community advocacy to advance liberation, empowerment, and social justice for Black and brown communities across New Jersey.
