Ways we support the community
Latino Action Network Foundation works directly with community-based organizations across New Jersey to deliver services that help families build economic stability, access health coverage, and know their rights at work. Explore our core programs below.
Hispanic Women's Resource Centers
The HWRCs help Hispanic and Latina women build workforce skills and increase their earning potential. Funded through the NJ Department of Children & Families' Division on Women, LANF works with community-based organizations across the state to deliver English classes, resume preparation, interview coaching, computer training, career counseling, and other supportive services — including child care and immigration assistance — that help women and their families thrive.
Cover All Kids
Cover All Kids connects New Jersey families to NJ FamilyCare, the state's public health insurance program covering Medicaid and CHIP. Every income-eligible child under 19 in New Jersey qualifies for coverage regardless of immigration status. LANF helps families navigate enrollment, understand their eligibility, and access primary care, dental, vision, and mental health benefits for their children — with no cost to apply and no impact on immigration status.

NJDOL CARES Program
The NJDOL CARES Program connects New Jersey workers with trusted, accessible information about their rights on the job. Funded through a grant from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, the program provides outreach, education, and technical assistance on work rights, Unemployment Insurance, and the Domestic Workers' Bill of Rights — helping workers and employers alike understand and access the protections and benefits available to them.
