2025 Breaking Barriers Conference

The 2025 Breaking Barriers Conference will be a dynamic, youth-led event for high school and college students, taking place on May 1st, 2025, at Kean University’s STEM building. With the theme “Channeling Creativity through Arts and Athletics,” the conference will feature inspiring speakers from across the country, interactive discussions on important social issues, creative performances, and college networking opportunities. Attendees will receive community service certificates and enjoy a complimentary lunch. Presented by Kean University, House of Hearts Network, the Lesniak Institute, and the Latino Action Network Foundation, this event promises a day of learning, connection, and empowerment.
