
Saray Ramos, MPA
Director of Programming
Saray (she/they) is the daughter of Mexican immigrants and was born and raised in Passaic, NJ. She currently serves as the Director of Programming at the Latino Action Network Foundation, where she leads the strategic planning and implementation of statewide programs that advance equity in healthcare, education, immigration, and civic engagement. Saray began her work at LANF as a student volunteer, supporting efforts related to the LAN vs. NJ school desegregation case. She joined the organization full-time in 2022 as a Health Justice Coordinator, leading efforts focused on reproductive justice and expanding access to affordable healthcare. Saray holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers-Newark School of Public Affairs and Administration, which she completed in 2025, and a Bachelor’s degree in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from The College of New Jersey. Saray currently resides in Princeton, NJ.
